Mary Ann DeMartino, 81, of Beaumont, died Thursday, December 31, 2015, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. She was born on November 19, 1934, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Helen and Anthony Mangerchine, and had been a longtime resident of Beaumont. Mary Ann retired from GMAC as branch secretary and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of sixty-one years, Raphael “Ray” DeMartino, of Beaumont; sons, David DeMartino and his wife, Linda, and their children, Daniel DeMartino, Joseph DeMartino, and Michelle DeMartino, all of Glenwood, New Jersey and Don DeMartino and his wife, Rebecca, and their children, Taylor DeMartino and Devin DeMartino, all of Lumberton.

Mary Ann is preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Gaspar Mangerchine, Julius Mangerchine, and Teresa Johnson.

A Christian Vigil for Mrs. DeMartino will begin at 6:00 p.m., Sunday, January 3, 2016, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 4, 2016, at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 6825 Gladys Avenue, Beaumont, with her entombment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
