Bennie Lee Quandel, 74, of Silsbee, died Sunday, December 6, 2015, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. He was born on November 20, 1941, in Seminole, Oklahoma, to Ruth Risener and Frederick Quandel.

Bennie worked for ExxonMobil Chemical and retired after twenty-two years.  He was a full time RVer and enjoyed spending time with his family and his little dogs.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Quandel of Silsbee; children, Taina Caires and her husband, Chris; Lisa Anderson and her wife, Donita, both of Silsbee; Jennifer Rinando and her husband, Mark, of Lumberton; grandchildren, Matthew Wright, Alexander Wright, Krysta Simpson and her husband, Tony, Jesse Caires, Logan Caires, Ashley Anderson, Cameron Rinando, and Carley Rinando; siblings, Patricia Quandel of California; and John Quandel of Arizona. He is preceded in death by his parents.

His committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
