Shelly “Becky” Lowe, 61, of Kountze, died Friday, December 4, 2015, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont.  She was born on June 13, 1954, in Beaumont, to Julianna Jageneaux Rutledge and Arthur Rutledge.  Becky retired from Dupont in the accounting department.

Survivors include her partner, Jill Steward of Kountze; daughter, Cindy Gilmore and her husband, Brian; grandson, Matthew Lowe, all of Village Mills; great-grandson, Greyson Lowe of Virginia; sisters, Mary Johnson and her husband, Travis, of Vidor; Deedle Parrott and her husband, Dickie, of Lumberton; Pam Pam Loiacano and her husband, Jr., of LaBelle; Annette Petry of Beaumont; and Donna Picou and her husband, Clint, of Fannett; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Kenneth Rutledge.

A gathering of Ms. Lowe’s family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, December 7, 2015, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.  Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 8, 2015, at Broussard’s, with her interment to follow at China Cemetery, China.
