Francisco Porras Parga, 76, of Winnie, died Friday, November 27, 2015. He was born on February 15, 1939, in PUeblito de Allende, Chihuahua, to Refugio Porras and Nicolas Parga.

He is survived by son, Carlos Rodriguez and his wife, Violeta, of Winnie; daughters, Partricia Rodriguez, of Hobbs, New Mexico; and Monica Hernandez, of Plainview.
