Becky C. Castro, 45, of Beaumont, has gone to be with her Lord and Savior, Saturday, October 24, 2015, at Memorial Hermann Hospital, Houston. She was born on October 5, 1970, in Navasota, to Dora Montes and Jessie Castro, and had been a longtime resident of Beaumont.

Becky is survived by her son, Jonathan Castro, of Beaumont; father, Jessie Castro; mother, Dora Montes; sister, Jennifer Watkins and her husband, Jeff, of Nederland; brother, Jessie Castro, Jr. and his wife, Anna, of San Antonio; best friend and cousin, Linda Gonzales and her husband, Ramon, of Beaumont; uncles, H.C. “Uncle Pete” Montes; Servelio Camacho and his wife, Lucy; and Fred Montes and his wife, Delia, all of Beaumont; and Valdemar Camacho and his wife, Teresita, of Palmdale, California; niece, Jessica; nephew, Justin; and her very special Navasota family.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Carmen Montes; grandparents, Cuca and Cruz Castro, Sr. 

A Reciting of the Divine Mercy Chaplet will begin at 6:00 p.m., with her gathering to follow until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 29, 2015, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated 9:30 a.m., Friday, October 30, 2015, at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 6825 Gladys Avenue, Beaumont. Ennichment of her cremated body will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont, at a later date.
