Adolph "B" Pierre Duhon 
February 4, 1930 - October 2, 2015

Adolph Pierre “B” Duhon, 85, of Hamshire, died Friday, October 2, 2015. He was born on February 4, 1930, in Kaplan, Lousiana, to Ada Bertrand and Joseph Duhon. Adolph was a United States Air Force veteran, retired barber, and horse trainer.

Survivors include his sons, Gary Duhon; Paul Duhon; Joe Duhon and his wife, Julie; daughter, Valerie Chesson and her husband, Wayne; brothers, Roosevelt “Tee” Duhon and his wife, Sue; Caldon Duhon and his wife, Darlene; and Robert Duhon and his wife, Phabrice; sisters, Beth Phelps; Peggy Leger and her husband, David; and Faye Young and her husband, Bruce; eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Connie Duhon; brother, Farnes Duhon; and sister, Mary Hebert.

A Christian Vigil for Mr. Duhon will be 5:00 p.m., followed by a gathering of his family and friends until 8:00 p.m., Monday, October 5, 2015, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. His funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 6, 2015, at Broussard’s, Winnie, with interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.
