William ‘Bill’ Clements, 70, of Beaumont, died Sunday, September 20, 2015, at home. He was born on December 10, 1944, in Ashdown, Arkansas. He is preceded in death by his parents Nora Levada Setliff and Odis Floyd Clements. Bill is a United States Navy veteran, and worked as a diesel mechanic for many years.

Bill is survived by his wife, Janice; daughter, Tammie Clements Morris and her husband, Dean; sons, William Clements and his wife, Robin; Joseph Clements and his wife, Jamie; step-sons, Frankie Randazzo and Mike Raffa; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2015, at Good Shepherd Baptist Church, 3700 FM 92, in Silsbee. His cremation arrangements were handled under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
