Carolee Ruth Nielson, 70, of New Caney, died Tuesday, September 15, 2015. A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, “Sissy” was born on October 8, 1944, to Lena Kruger August and Anthony August.

Survivors include son, Charles Kruger Nielson; daughters, Kimberly Josephene Capps and Barbara Anna Plummer; son, Anthony Andrew August, Jr.; grandchildren, Anthony Capps, Charles Capps, Sabrina Capps, Randall Reagan and Sissy Elizabeth Reagan; nephews, Anthony Andrew August III, Anthony Andrew August IV; nieces, Elizabeth Betsy Sherbert and Ashley August.

She is preceded in death by parents; and husband, Charles Dailey.

A gathering of Mrs. Nielson’s family and friends will be from 1:00 p.m until 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 21, 2015, at Brou4 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie, followed by graveside services at Fairview Cemetery, 223 Cemetery Road, Winnie.
