W. Fred Rials, 93, of Kountze, died Wednesday, August 26, 2015.  He was born on January 16, 1922, in Fisher, Louisiana, to Amanda Knippers and Chris Rials.  Fred was a Untied States Veteran, having served in World War II.  He retired from the Coca-Cola Company, after thirty years of employment.

Fred is survived by his wife, Elaine Rials; son, Jerry Rials and his wife, DeeDee; daughter, Judi Bailey and her husband, Charles; daughter-in-law, Carla Rials; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Allen Rials; one sister; and five brothers.

A gathering of Mr. Rials’ family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m., with his funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 29, 2015, at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 4330 Crow Road, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont.  His interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
