Loren Claire Erickson, 73, of Wildwood, died Thursday, July 23, 2015.  He was born on January 3, 1942, in Eauclaire, Wisconsin, to Laura Smedsrude Erickson and Clarence Erickson, and had been a resident of Wildwood since 2008.  Loren retired with United States Air Force and taught electronics.

Survivors include his wife, Karyn Erickson; daughters, Shelly Arabie and husband, Louis and Kara Pujol, all of Lake Charles, Louisiana; grandchildren, Christopher Canter, Cassy LeBlanc, Josh Smith, and Mica Pujol; and sisters, Sandy Christensen and her husband, Ray and Monna Mitchelle, all of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

As per Mr. Erickson’s wishes, there will be a private family committal held in Lake Charles, Louisiana. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to one’s charity of choice.
