Sharon Kaye Morgan, 68, of Kountze, died Wednesday, June 24, 2015.  She was born on November 6, 1946, in Houston, to Lee Pearl Wilson Votaw and Curtis Harold “K” Votaw.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Morgan; children, Kayce Richardson of Kountze; Wesley Gossett and his wife, Monica, of Vidor; and Jude Morgan and his wife, Brandi, and Tony Morgan and his wife, Amanda, all of Silsbee; and grandchildren, Timberlee Kaye Gossett, Creighton Taylor Gossett, Wade Petrie, Sarah Petrie, Mourie Collier, Milo Morgan, Ella Morgan, Trinity Morgan, Paige Morgan, Seth Morgan, Malyn Morgan, and John Morgan.  She is preceded in death by her parents.

A gathering of Sharon’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, June 27, 2015, at Broussard’s, 530 West Monroe, Kountze.  Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, June 28, 2015, at Corner Stone Baptist Church, 1600 South Pine Street, Kountze, with her interment to follow at Herrington-Hart Cemetery, Kountze.
