Proverbs 14:26 "Whoever fears The Lord has a secure fortress, and for their children it will be a refuge." Bill Dickey, 88, of Bevil Oaks, left this earth on Friday, June 5, 2015. He was born on May 30, 1927, in Troup, Texas, to Mary Elizabeth Obar and James Carlton Dickey. He was the youngest of nine children. Bill served in the United States Army during World War II.
