Zella Andrews Langham, 90, passed
away Saturday, May 30, 2015, in Houston, Texas. Zella was born on April 9, 1925,
in Kansas City, Missouri to Ruth Violet Price Andrews and
George Walter Andrews. She was a long time resident of Beaumont. Zella was an
entrepreneur and successful business woman. She was a member of the Order of
The Eastern Star, an accomplished genealogist and a distinguished member of the
Daughters of the American Revolution.
Survivors include daughter, Ruth
Langham Williams and her husband, Gene M. Williams, of Houston; grandsons,
Michael Langham Williams, MD of Houston and Reid Langham Williams, who is currently
attending the University of Texas School of Law in Austin.
She is preceded in death by her
husband, Reid Edward Langham and son, Reid Edward Langham, Jr.
A
family committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of
Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont.
