MarJorie Woodall, 88, of Port Neches, died Thursday, May 21, 2015, at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas, Port Arthur. She was born on February 3, 1927, to Nettie Roxie Manning and William Jackson Schlett, in Beaumont. She was a wonderful, loving mother and friend to many.

Survivors include her sons, Larry Wayne Woodall and his wife, Susan, of Lumberton and Danny Woodall and his wife, Arlene, of Port Neches; daughter, Dr. Connie Driver and her husband, Dr. Gary, of Kountze; brothers, Paul Schlett and his wife, Ruby, of Beaumont and Norman Schlett of Hempstead; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and additional family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Woodall; one sister, Willie Mae Austin; and one brother, Wesley Schlett.

A gathering of Mrs. Woodall’s family and friends will begin at 12:00 p.m. with her funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 26, 2015, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her interment will follow at Memory Gardens of Jefferson County, Nederland.
