Linda L. Brammer 
September 6, 1945 - April 17, 2015

Linda L. Brammer, 69, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away Friday, April 17, 2015. She was born on September 6, 1945, to Ethel Helena Renfro Rogers and John Edgar Rogers. Her family moved to Nacogdoches, Texas, shortly after her birth, where she lived until age 6, and returned to Beaumont with family. Linda was a retired registered nurse who was dedicated to her work. She had a generous spirit and a passion to help people. She was very creative and loved arts and crafts. Linda took great pleasure in traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. She delighted in conversation and storytelling and loved adventure.

 

Survivors include her husband, James C. Brammer, Jr.; children, Brandi Neal and her husband, David, of Beaumont; grandchildren, Adam Brammer-Sterling of Beaumont and Ashlee Neal of Fayetteville, Arkansas; brothers, Eddie Rogers of Clear Lake and Aubrey Rogers and his wife, Doris, of Kountze; sisters, Patricia Brasher of Jasper and Marilyn Morrell and her husband, Dr. Rocco Morrell, of Port Neches; eleven loved nieces and nephews; and eighteen great-nieces and nephews.

 

She is preceded in death by her parents.

 

A gathering of Mrs. Brammer’s family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 23, 2015, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery, Beaumont.
