Troy Hulet, 84, of Lumberton, died Thursday, April 9, 2015. He was born on April 12, 1930, in Jasper, to Linnie Ener Hulet and William Mulligan Hulet. Troy was a United States, Army veteran, having served in the Korean War. 

He is survived by his wife, Glenda Faye Barton Hulet; sons, Greg Hulet and his wife, Marla, of Fannett and Terry Hulet and his wife, Donna, of Rock Hill, South Carolina; grandson, Zachary Hulet, of Beaumont; granddaughters, Hannah Hulet, of Beaumont, Tara Hulet, of League City, and Crystal Guss, of Rock Hill, South Carolina; great-grandson, Wyatt Guss; and sister, Marie Gordon, of Houston

Troy is preceded in death by his parents.

A gathering of Mr. Hulet’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, April 13, 2015, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont.  His funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery, Beaumont.
