Marjorie “Margie” Ruth Gonzales, 67, of Winnie, died Sunday, March 8, 2015. She was born on January 6, 1948, in Winnie, to Hilda Leblanc Smith and Willis Smith.  

Survivors include daughters, Rita Menard and her husband, Glenn Jr, of Stowell; Dawn Foxworth and her husband, Kenneth, of Warren; Sandra McAndrew and her husband, Charles, of Hayden, Colorado; son, Brian Rudy Gonzales and his wife, Elizabeth, of Winnie; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Margie was preceded in death by husband, Rudy Gonzales; parents; and two brothers.

A gathering of Mrs. Gonzales’ family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m., Friday, March 13, 2015, at Broussard’s, 134 Buccaneer Drive, Winnie, followed by a 2:00 p.m. graveside service at Fairview Cemetery, 223 Cemetery Road, Winnie.
