Travis Glenn Maxey, 41, of Port Arthur died Thursday, March 5, 2015. A native and lifelong resident of the area, he was born on July 13, 1973, in Houston, to Patricia Ann Hall Maxey and Ronald Guy Maxey.

Survivors include his mother, Patricia Ann Maxey of Beaumont; father, Ronald Guy Maxey of Orange; brother, Trenten Thomas Maxey and his wife, Carrie, of Port Neches; companion, Amanda Reagan of Port Arthur; son, Mason James Maxey of Nederland; daughters, Allison Rose Maxey and Grace Leigh Maxey, both of Pearland; and nephews, Jack Grayson Maxey and Thomas Kelton Maxey.

A gathering of Mr. Maxey’s family and friends will be at 1:00 p.m., with his memorial service at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 14, 2015, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. A private family committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
