Dale Parmley, 78, of Beaumont, died Sunday, January 18, 2015. A native and lifelong resident of Beaumont, he was born on May 31, 1936, to Arrena Mae Harrvison Parmley and Samuel W. Parmley.  He was a retired plant manager at American Valve and Hydrant, Beaumont.

Dale is survived by his wife, Carolyn Parmley; daughters, Diana McGee and her husband, Steve, of Burleson; Karen Parmley of Katy; Susan Mathews and her husband, Tom, of North Richland Hills; and Valre Leger and her husband, Ed, of Fannett; grandchildren, Steven McGee, James McGee, Andrew McGee, Michael McGee, Lacy McGee, Stephanie McGee, Christal McGee, Jessy Mathews, Brandon Mathews, Brady Leger, and Gene Leger; great-grandchildren, Maya McGee, Ellie McGee, Connor McGee, Gracie McGee, Rosie Leger, and Edyn Nelson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Wanda W. Parmley Jenkins.

A memorial service for Mr. Parmley will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 7, 2015, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. His committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
