Ronnie Wright, 69, of Kountze, died Monday, February 2, 2015.  He was born on September 12, 1945, in Wichita Falls, to Edith Joyce Lewis Wright and Billie Joe Wright.  Ronnie was a United States Air Force veteran having served during the Vietnam War and was a retired pipeline inspector.

Survivors include his wife, Tricia Wright; children, Steven R. Wright (Stacey) and Staci D. Johnson (Michael), all of Sour Lake; grandchildren, Stori Blake Gorman (Wyatt Holland) of Honey Island, Grace Ann Tantillo of Sour Lake, and Ashlyn Dishman of Beaumont; great-granddaughter, Ireland Grace Hanna of Beaumont; brothers, David Wright (Vicki), of Archer City and Dr. Edward Wright (Jana), of Bennington, Vermont; sister, Connie Nowell (Joe), of Corpus Christi; four-legged buddy, Scooter; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

As per Ronnie’s wishes, there will be no public services.  Cremation was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 530 West Monroe, Kountze.
