Frank B. Evans, Jr., 66, of Winnie, died Wednesday, December 3, 2014. He was born on October 29, 1948, in Beaumont, to Charlsie Will Evans and Frank B. Evans, Sr.

A gathering of Mr, Evans’ family and friends will begin at 12:00 p.m., with his funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 6, 2014, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
