Bobby Gene Barbo, 54, of Lumberton, died Saturday, November 8, 2014, at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. He was born on January 1, 1960, in Beaumont, to Imajean Pentecost Barbo and Clifton Barbo, and had been a longtime resident of the area. Bobby was a self-employed mechanic.

He is survived by his wife, Paula; brothers, Larry Barbo, Billy Barbo, and Rodney Barbo; daughters, Angela, Tina, Denise, Crystal, and Trish; sons, Robert, Brian, Justin, and Monty; fourteen grandchildren; and stepmother, Liz Barbo.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Jerry and Danny Barbo.

A gathering of Mr. Barbo’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Sunday, November 9, 2014, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 10, 2014, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at 1:00 p.m., at Antioch Cemetery, Buna.
