Terry Adair, 76, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, August 6, 2014, at Christus Hospital-St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. He was born on July 1, 1938, in Granite, Oklahoma. Terry was the son of Ruby Lee O’Brien and Leonard Bailey. Terry retired as an operator from Phillips Petroleum in Borger, Texas.

Survivors include his wife of fifty-five years, Hazel Adair; son, Jimmy Adair of Beaumont; daughter, Janice Haney of Amarillo; and son, Johnny Adair of Beaumont; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

A family committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
