Linda Evans Miller-Solomon, 70, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, July 16, 2014, at Liberty Healthcare Center. A lifelong resident of the area, she was born on September 14, 1943, in Beaumont, to Ethel Ruth Millner Evans and Royce Pennington Evans.

Survivors include her husband, Richard Joseph Miller-Solomon of Beaumont; daughter, Lydia Miller-Donathan and her husband, Paul, of Beaumont; sons, Todd Miller of Beaumont and his stepchildren, Amber Stockwell and Justin Potter; and Jason Miller and his wife, Mary, of Vidor; grandchildren, Lindy Ryan and her husband, Mike; Hunter Hall of Houston; Amanda Miller and Mason Miller, both of Vidor; great-grandchildren, Wake Ryan and Shon Hamm; and brother, R.P. Evans, Jr. and his wife, Mona.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and first husband, J.D. Miller.

A gathering of Mrs. Miller-Solomon’s family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, July 20, 2014, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 21, 2014, at Broussard’s, with her entombment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
