Duane Lawrence Bundick, 59, of Fannett, died Thursday, June 5, 2014. He was born on February 7, 1955, to Betty Jane and Huey Pierce Bundick in Fort Knox, Kentucky. Duane liked to listen to music, watch football, and be outdoors. He was a tough teddy bear that enjoyed spending time with his grandkids.

Survivors include his wife, Marie Bundick; children, Tiffany Picou and her husband, Jason, Bruce Bundick, and Jaci Harrington, all of Hamshire; and Kevin Bundick and his wife, Ashley, of Fannett; grandchildren, Shelby Picou, Logan Picou, Madison Bundick, Bryce Bundick, Luke Picou, Blake Bundick, and Beau Bundick; brothers, Donnie Bundick and his wife, Sheila, of Beaumont and Wesley Bundick and his wife, Chris, of Houston; and sister, Jodie Solleder of Vidor.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

A gathering of Mr. Bundick’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, June 8, 2014, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 9, 2014, at First Baptist Church of Hamshire, 25304 Highway 124, Hamshire, with his interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.
