Patricia B. Peavy, 89, of Silsbee, died Monday, May 5, 2014.  She was on March 17, 1925, in Roganville, to Dollie Peterson Peavy and Robert Faye Peavy.  Mrs. Peavy retired as a supervisor with Southwestern Bell.

Survivors include her nephew, Billy Peavy and his wife, Stacy; great nephews, Spencer Peavy; Matt Peavy; Forest Peavy; Logan Peavy, and Scottie Peavy; great nieces, Brittany Peavy; Vanesa Peavy; Tricia Cravy and her husband, Ronald; Jennifer Whitmire; Reba Peavy; and Shania Peavy; sister-in-law, Hazel Peavy; and friend, Lana Jenkins.  She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Bill Peavy and Robert Lee Peavy; and nephews, John David Peavy, Jimmy Peavy, and Jerry Peavy.

A gathering of Mrs. Peavy’s family and friends will be from 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m., with her graveside service at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 8, 2014, at Frank’s Branch Cemetery, Fred, under the direction of Broussard’s, Silsbee.
