On May 6, 2014, our beloved Levi (Daniel Levi Lord) left this world and joined his loved ones in eternal peace. Levi was born September 27, 1980, in Natchitoches, Louisiana, to Beth Ann Lord and Kenneth Byron Lord. 

Levi touched the lives of everyone he encountered.  He was a kind, thoughtful, and loving soul with endless wit and charm.  He lit up the world with his beautiful smile and left no doubt that those close to him were loved beyond words.  He will be missed immensely, and our hope is that he finds comfort and solace with his dear sister, Dawana; grandparents, Gordon and Sybil; and many other dearly departed family and friends.  Levi was the kind of person that one is graced with meeting once in a lifetime.  He left this world too soon, but we are all better people for having him in our lives for even a moment.

He is survived by his adored son, William Justice Lord of Sour Lake; mother, Beth Lord of Sour Lake; father, Byron Lord of Jasper; siblings, Amanda Lord of Sour Lake; Starla Lord of Round Rock; and Tammy Lord Fesco and her husband, Brent, of Lumberton; niece, Taryn Fesco; nephews, Stephen Steele, Hunter Fesco, Aeden Perryman, and Holt Perryman; and countless family and friends.

A gathering of Levi’s family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with his memorial service to follow at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 10, 2014, at Broussard’s, 530 West Monroe, Kountze.  His committal will be held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
