Ronald Roy Erickson, 75, of Beaumont, died Saturday, April 12, 2014, at Christus Hospital-St. Elizabeth, Beaumont. He was born on May 4, 1938, in Denver, Colorado, to Lucille Brannon Erickson and Dick Erickson, and had been a longtime resident of Beaumont. Ronald was a retired truck driver.

He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Ronald is survived by his wife, Cecelia Erickson; daughter, Kris Ingram and her husband, Russ, of Orange; son, Jeff Baldon of Denver, Colorado; and grandchildren, Nicole Morgan of Beaumont; Kimmie Haase and her husband, Aaron, of Friendswood; Ryan Ingram, Laura Ingram, and Aaron Ingram, all of Vidor.

Ronald is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Naomi Robinson.

A gathering of Mr. Erickson’s family and friends will begin at 10:30 a.m. with his memorial service to follow at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 17, 2014, at Westgate Memorial Baptist Church, 6220 Westgate, Beaumont. His cremation arrangements were handled under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
