Ryan Lee Lourde, 30, of Beaumont, died Tuesday, February 25, 2014. A native and lifelong resident of Beaumont, he was born on March 3, 1983, to Judith Meynig Lourde and Roger Lourde. Ryan was a United States Army veteran and was a purchasing agent for Newtron Beaumont LLC.

He enjoyed hunting and was a diehard Texans fan. Ryan loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a devoted father and enjoyed being with his sons. Ryan was a very caring, loyal person with a great personality.   

Ryan is survived by his wife, Casey Barrows Lourde; children, Landon Lourde and Aiden Lourde; Parents, Judith and Roger Lourde; sister, Juliana Lourde; brother, Patrick Lourde; nephews, Kash, Keaton, and Karson Rice; and maternal grandparents, Pat and Bob Meynig, all of Beaumont; and Aunts and Uncles, Karl Meynig of Beaumont; Dr. Jeff Meynig and his wife, Lorie, of Austin; and Chris Hoover and her husband, Darrell, of Crossville, Tennessee. Ryan was also survived by his first cousins, Cody, Samantha, Christopher, Courtney, Douglas, and Andrew; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, David and Linda Barrows of Beaumont.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jake and Vernell Cordell.

A gathering of Ryan’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, February 28, 2014, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 1, 2014, at Calder Baptist Church, 1005 North 11th Street, Beaumont, with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
