Olla Marie Daigle, 73, of Seabrook, died Saturday, February 8, 2014.  She was born on November 25, 1940, in Church Point, Louisiana, to Valson Higginbothem Daigle and Hebrard Daigle.  Olla retired from Ben Taub General Hospital, where she worked as a registered nurse for twenty-eight years. 

Survivors include her sisters, Etta Will and her husband, Ted and Betty Cook and her husband, Glen, all of Lumberton; numerous nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law, Dorothy Daigle of Kountze.  She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Joe Daigle; and sister, Dorothy Daigle.

A gathering of her family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 11, 2014, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 12, 2014, at Infant Jesus Catholic Church, 243 South LHS Drive, Lumberton, with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
