Ronnie Gene Capps, 68, of Lumberton, died Saturday, January 25, 2014.  He was born on July 14, 1945.  Ronnie served his country in the United States Air Force and later worked as a machinist.

Survivors included his brother, Tom Gilchriest and his wife, Regina, of Georgetown.  He is preceded in death by his daughter, Dobie Capps; mother, Jackie Gilchriest; and brother, Bill Gilchriest.

His committal will be held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
