Belton Maines, 64, of Spring, formerly of Beaumont, died Tuesday, January 21, 2014, at Houston Northwest Medical Center. He was born on January 25, 1949, to Katherine Belton Maines and J.C. Maines, in Beaumont. Belton was a 1974 graduate of Lamar University and member of Phi Delta Theta. He worked in sales for Maverick Oilfield Specialties.

Survivors include his son, Ryan Belton Maines of The Woodlands; and daughter and best friend, Madeline Mason Maines of Houston.

A memorial service for Mr. Maines will be at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 26, 2014, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A family committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
