Sean Michael Seymour, Sr., 30, of Nederland, died Monday, December 30, 2013. He was born August 25, 1983, in Beaumont to Debra Ann Hollis and Cecil Travis Seymour, Jr. and had been a lifelong resident of the area. Sean was employed as a welder and was known for always upholding a strong work ethic. He was an enthusiastic sports fan, especially for the Dallas Cowboys who he faithfully supported no matter what. Sean also enjoyed playing baseball and soccer. He will be remembered as a loving husband and father.

Sean is survived by his wife, Brandy Seymour; parents, Travis and Debby Seymour of Nederland; children, Sierra Seymour, Braeden Seymour, Kaleb Seymour, Sean Seymour, Jr.; step-daughters, Madison and Kaitlyn Delancey; brother, Will Seymour and his wife, Melissa of Nederland; sisters, Dana Seymour of Groves and Heather Seymour Wallace and her husband, Kyle, of Richmond; nephews, Jaxon Wallace and Travis Seymour; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service for Mr. Seymour will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 4, 2014, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland.

A private family committal will be held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
