Mary Monica Davis, 64, of Silsbee, died Friday, December 27, 2013.  She was born on March 23, 1949, in Quinter, Kansas, to Edith Kelly Scherr and Barney Scherr. 

Survivors include her children, Melissa Gore and her husband, Douglas, of Fred and Amie Smith and her husband, PeeWee Williams, of Silsbee; grandchildren, Ciera Bundrant, Tasha Bundrant, and DeDe Gore, all of Fred, and Kelsey Garrick of Evadale; great-grandchild, Charles Gore; brothers, Tim Scherr of Littleton, Colorado;  B.J. Scherr of Collyer, Kansas; and sister, Martha Scherr of Idaho Falls, Idaho.  She is preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Joseph Scherr and Chuck Scherr.

Her memorial service will be 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 31, 2013, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  Her committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
