I. D. Pringle

I.D. Pringle, 74, of Hankamer, died Thursday, December 19, 2013. She was born on August 23, 1939, to Sarah Lucille Reviea Benson and Thomas Edward Benson, in Monroe City, and had been a resident of the Hankamer area for forty-two years. I.D. was former manager for the DJ Country Store and a member of First Baptist Church, Anahuac. She loved to care for her grandkids and great-grandkids and also loved to help others. I.D. spent most of her time outdoors on her John Deere mowing grass.
Survivors include her son, Danny Pringle and his wife, Lorretta, of Anahuac; daughter, Dee Hasson and her husband, Parker, of Hankamer; former daughter-in-law, Connie Pringle Lopez and her husband, Henry of Beach City; grandchildren, Kyle Pringle, Stacey Hatfield, Lee Hasson, Jr., Jayme Pringle, and Josh Pringle; great-grandchildren, JoDee Hatfield, Rylee Hatfield, Tyler Hasson, Jayce Hasson, and Piper Pringle; and sister, JoVita Finn of Winnie.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, David Lee Pringle, Sr.; son, David Lee “Jay” Pringle, Jr.; one sister; and three brothers.

Mrs. Pringle’s cremation arrangements were handled by Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie.
