Janet Sue Biddle, 77, of Beaumont, departed this life on Thursday, October 24, 2013, at Christus Dubuis Hospital of Beaumont. She was born on July 19, 1936, in Albemarle, North Carolina, to Lois Swanner Glover and Roy Glover, had been a longtime resident of Beaumont. One of Janet’s favorite pastimes was bowling, and she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Janet is survived by her husband of fifty-eight years, Billy Wayne Biddle of Beaumont; children, Buddy Biddle of Carmine, Kim Kettl and Dee Ann Chadney, both of Beaumont; grandchildren, Josh Chadney, Courtney Chadney, Heather Harvel, Lindsay Matlock, and Matthew Biddle; great-grandchildren, Ashton Harvel, Grayson Chadney, Gavin Chadney, and Mason Matlock; brother, Gary Glover of Charlotte, North Carolina; and sister, Colleen Greene of Greensboro, North Carolina.

She is preceded in death by her son, Paul Edward Biddle; and siblings, Larry Glover, Betty Jo Shaw, and Nancy Cates.

A gathering of Mrs. Biddle’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, October 25, 2013, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 26, 2013, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 4955 Pine Street, Beaumont.
