Bobby Bruce Green, 72, of Nederland, died Wednesday, October 16, 2013, at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas, Port Arthur. He was born March 27, 1941, in Shelbyville to Edna Faye and Thomas Carroll Green. Bobby worked for many years as a carpenter and plumber before his retirement. He was a member of the Nederland Masonic Lodge #1368.

Bobby is survived by his wife, Clydell Green; sons, Phillip Green and Kyle Green and his wife, Jodi, all of Nederland; daughters, Leisha Tinsley of Houston and Paula Ferguson and her husband, Mark, of Beaumont; grandchildren, Bobby Nace and his wife, Ashley, Heath Nace, Shane Ferguson and his wife, Rachel, Chase Ferguson and his wife, Taylor, Lindsay McPayne and her husband, Matt and Kendal Green; six great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Linda Kurtz and her husband, Jerry, of Mauriceville.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Jeanine Sain; and brother-in-law, Louis Sain.

A gathering of Mr. Green’s family and friends will be from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2013, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. His funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 20, 2013, at Broussard’s, and include Masonic services from Nederland Masonic Lodge #1368.

A private family committal will be held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
