Joe Charles Fugett, 62, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, October 16, 2013, at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont. He was a United States Marine Corps veteran and had retired from USI as an operator.

He is survived by his son, Irish Fugett of Beaumont; and sisters, Sarah Fugett and Nancy Fugett.  

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Bob Fugett.

A gathering of Mr. Fugett’s family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m., with his memorial service to follow at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 20, 2013, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A family committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
