Sally Ann Golden, 63, of Kountze, died Monday, October 15, 2013.  She was born on December 8, 1949, in Gladewater, to Lillian Lee Byars Litton and James Wayne Litton, and had been a resident of Kountze since 1993. Sally was a certified nursing assistant.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Golden;  daughters, Carla Oden and her husband, Matt, of Kilgore and Deeanna Young and her husband, Kirk Collins, of Longview; grandchildren, Madison Marie Oden and Danyelle Rayann Young; and sisters, Norma Caldwell and Dixie Posey, both of Houston; and Betty Downs of Slidell, Louisiana.

A graveside service for Mrs. Golden will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 17, 2013, at Village Mills Cemetery, Highway 69 North, Village Mills, under the direction of Broussard’s, 530 West Monroe, Kountze.
