Lee Hollis “Slyde” Durmon, 39, of Vidor, died Friday, October 11, 2013. A native of Beaumont and lifelong resident of Vidor, he was born on December 10, 1973, to Linda Miller Durmon and David Durmon.

Survivors include his parents, Linda and David Durmon of Vidor; brother, Lynn Durmon and his wife, Jamie, of Kountze; niece, Celeste Durmon; and other loving family members.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Susie Conley; grandparents, Carrie and Laurence Miller and Ruby and Noal Durmon.

A gathering of Mr. Durmon’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, October 14, 2013, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. His funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 15, 2013, at Broussard’s, with interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
