Joyce Marie Hines 
October 10, 1951 - October 7, 2013

Joyce Marie Hines, 61, a native of Pell City, Alabama, who resided in Nederland, Texas, passed away Monday, October 7, 2013. She was born on October 10, 1951, to Peggy Joyce Gentry and Eugene John Hines.

Joyce is survived by her daughter, Donna Russell and her husband, Charles, of Virginia Beach, Virginia; son, William Jamie Isbell and his wife, Billie, of Nederland; grandchildren, Jacobi Steele, William Jamie Isbell II, Dana Alecia Mackenzie, and Emily Nikole Maree; brothers, Franklin Hines, Sherman Hines, and Randy Hines; and sisters, Linda Sturgeon, Terrie Magee, and Elizabeth Gilmore; and numerous nieces, nephews.

Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene Hines and Peggy (Gentry) Smith.

A private family committal was held at Broussard's Crematorium, Beaumont. An Alabama Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2013, with a visitation to begin at noon at Pine Forest Baptist Church, County Road 33, Ashville, Alabama. A graveside service will follow at Mt. Carmel Church Cemetery. (Graveside directions will be provided at memorial service.)
Directions to Pine Forest:
From Pell City and I-20 take 231N, go approximately 10-11 miles and turn right on County Road 33. Church will be on right across from tech school.
From I-59 take exit for 231S and go approximately five miles and turn left onto County Road 33 then church will be on right across from tech school.
(There isn't a physical address for the church to use for GPS - I tried. You could use the address for the John Pope Eden Career Tech Center which is basically across from the school. That address is 45 County Road 33, Ashville, Alabama 35953.)
