Jessica Dawn Heubach Boullion, 42, of Nederland, died Sunday, September 1, 2013.  She was born December 12, 1970, in Port Arthur, to Carl and Jean Heubach and had been a lifelong resident of Nederland.  She was married to Chris Boullion in 1993 and has three wonderful children, Brandon and twins, Isabella and Cameron.

Jessica held many jobs in the retail business, along with being a full time mom for most of the years.  Her passion in life was watching her kids play sports and other activities and rarely missed a game or any of their events in her lifetime. Jessica supported her kids in all they did, making her their best friend.  Her other passion was going to Disney World with her kids and her Dad on special occasions.  She loved collecting “Tinkerbell” items and became known as “Tinks” to all her Facebook friends.

She is survived by her parents, Jean and Carl Heubach of Nederland; her husband, Chris Boullion of Nederland; daughter Isabella and sons, Brandon and Cameron, all of Nederland; brothers, Ben and Fred Heubach, both of this area; granddad, Doyle Hughes and his wife, Laverda, of Amarillo; mother-in-law, Sue Boullion of Port Acres; and nieces, Keegan Heubach and Makayla Brandon.  Jessica was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jessie and Fred Heubach of Port Neches and Dawn Hughes of Groves; and father-in-law, W. E. “Peanut” Boullion of Port Acres.
