He was so nice and caring. To everyone.and he was so proud of his family, his beautiful wife who took the greatest care of him and their children and wow he loved his children and precious grandchildren so much. He was such a happy man If . You ever saw him you saw a smile. A lot of people are going to miss this wonderful man. My family will. We loved you Billy Wayne and will never forget you.
