To Elaine's family, my thoughts & prayers are with you all. What can I say that we haven't already said, she wanted to go meet her Moma & kept asking God to take her home. I know you are all hurting & though the pain will get eaiser, as you know there will always be that whole in your hearts that you held for Lainey. Someone mentioned that this picture did not look like Eaine; for one thing her hair was dark. Growing up with Lainey I remember when she took that picture & she had darkened her hair, I can't remember why. Laniey & Jerome had a lighter brown hair & the other 4 siblings had dark hair. Lainey & I were very close cousins. After she moved to the Winnie area & I lived in Hamshire we worked together at the local phone company; then caled Trinity Valley Company....now that's going way back. We grew a little apart after the company closed but just last year had started our relationship again. After much talking I finally got Lainey to go with me to the water aerobics at St. Elizabeths rehab pool, she loved it. I even spoiled her into getting a coffee at Sonic; I always stopped after water aerobics on 11th street. We started making plans to take trips to Louisiana & get familar with our relatives that we had not seen in years; except for funerals.
Oh Lainey I miss you so much but I know you are not suffering anymore. Oh how I wish we had not let those years slip by but at that time our lives had gone in different directions. I thank God that He lead us to reconnect & have fun before you became so ill. As I told you, you are always in my prayers. Mary Elaine Miller Mouton you have seen God, you have seen His mother the Blessed Mother, Mary. You were only loaned to those on earth & now you are home.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you, Sharon, Jerome, Ron, Jimmy Ray, and Shelley. The pain you feel today can only get easier as you think of the fact that Lainey is no longer suffering. She was such a great grandmother, Mom and sister. She loved her family very much. I really enjoyed it when she and Ken Ken came to visit!! She always made me feel like she was very comfortable at my house and she was welcomed anytime. May God wrap His loving arms around her and guide her to His eternal home. I will miss you! I love you Lainey!!
