What an amazing woman that will be missed. She was silly and goofy at times but was graceful and passionate about Christ. In the 12+ years that I knew her there was never a dull moment. Sis. Alayna stood behind me when I was apart of the AL choir, during practice she would poke me in the waist or whisper silly things to me in the middle of singing. I'll cherish those moments and small conversations of encouragements. It was amazing watching her instill such grace and godliness into her daughters. I know the family will be taken care of by the wonderful church family that they have. May God continue to bless and comfort. Saturday, June 8, 2013 |

Such a beautiful soul. I appreciate her insight and encouragement on the Parotid People FB page. Heaven had a beautiful angel. God bless the family that will dearly miss her earthly presence. Saturday, June 8, 2013 |

My condolences to the Baker and Van Dorn family. I did not have the honor of meeting or knowing Alayna but I do know Grandfather Junior and dearly loved her Grandmother Marie. A neighbor for years on Cooks Lake Road knew Jim Baker since he was a little boy. My prayers will be with Keith and daughters and the Baker Family. So sorry for your loss. Saturday, June 8, 2013 |

Dear family of Alayna, My condolences on the loss of this beloved young woman.
I wish to share hope from the Bible at this very sad time.
The wonderful future resurrection hope is the promise found at John 5:28,29.
Revelation 21:3,4 states that death will be no more. and pain
will be no more, the former things will have passed away.
Our Creator, Jehovah God, by means of his son Jesus, is going to undo the tragedies that touch our lives today.
