So many memories have come flooding in of a generous, loving friend. The very first person to go out of their way to include me and befriend me when I came to Bruce's many years ago, and her love and friendship remained steadfast through many changes in our personal lives. I last spoke with her about a month ago and we had the nicest long talk and a few giggles-----a good memory along with many others; helping Jay shoot pecan-stealing squirrels in the back yard, taking our lunch over to Sue's swing on hot summer days even though Sue wasn't home, laughing and crying together over life changes---sometimes laughing and crying at the same time. Always a warm smile or a big hug from a true loving heart. Our loss is Heaven's gain. Love you all Thursday, May 30, 2013 |

I worked with Kay for a couple of years at Bruces's and I helped her several times in the Pharmacy dept. working her stock. I have always had to fondest memories of Kay, she was such a nice and genuine co-worker. She was easy to work with and I learned so much from her about customer service, I still use her advice in my work today. I am so sorry to hear of her passing...saying a prayer for her entire family and friends. May God Bless ya'll with peace in such a difficult time. Amen. Wednesday, May 29, 2013 |

Terri,
When I heard the news my heart broke for all of you. It's so difficult losing the people we love and cherish and even more difficult when it happens suddenly. Always remember that I love you very much, you are truly one of my oldest friends (not to say we're old though). Everyone is praying for all of you and I am as well. One thing though, can you imagine the conversation our Mom's are now having about us? Just remember when you get that little chill and the hair raises on your arm, it's probably them. Love you, sister! Wednesday, May 29, 2013 |
