VerNeil was a true American hero, but was very humble when it came to acting like one. He gave of himself in so many ways, to so many people and chairitable groups. I will miss talking with him every day, but I will remember him every day for who and what he really was. To VerNeil Jr., Renee`, Nancy and the entire family -- We share in your loss and join you spiritually in your grieving. Marv & Arlene Howland - extended family for 2 decades. Thursday, May 23, 2013 |

Renee and Verneil,
What a poignant and fitting time for a man who gave so much of his life to the U.S. military to pass on. He will be missed, I am sure. What a wonderful legacy of service he left for his family to be proud of. Prayers of peace and love to you all.
