My heart goes out ro Rollie's family and friends. Especially his wife, 'Valinda. They were so good to me during one of the worst periods of my life. I have never met any better people than the Parrish's. I only wish that I could have been there for them through Rollie's crisis. He has been and will continue to be missed immensly. My sensirest sympathies to everyone. There will never be another man like Rollie Parrish. They just don't make guys like him any more. Much love. Sincerely. Melissa Butler Mann

Rollie, you taught me more than anyone has EVER on what to strive to be in life...how to treat people, what to do, and what NOT to do. You are a man to be admired, and will forever be in my heart. I know where you are, and i know you are happy...God bless you my friend and brother.

Until we meet again,

I haven't seen or talked to Rollie in over 25 years. Time gets away from you with your personal life and issues. Rollie was a great friend for many of our younger years and I cherish the memories. Many, many good times and laughs during those years. We burned the roads between Port Neches and Houston. I was blessed to have those times with him, his brother Ray and our group of friends. Our prayers go out to His wife and family and I say my prayer of thanks.
