My thoughts and prayer are with Chad's family and friends during their time of grief. Although everyone must grieve in their own time and in their own way, it should always be a priority to focus more on celebrating Chad's life and cherishing the memories of him, rather than dwelling in our sorrow for the lose of a life that ended far too soon.
