Oh much love...to all of you! Hornbuckles have been very special in my life -- as neighbors and as wonderful supporters of our school lives. Remembering a very special school trip to Louisville and a personal tour with Bob and Marge.

Gran, you were one of the most beautiful souls that I had known. I often think abt the many fun and heartfelt conversations that we shared when I would visit and spend time with the whole gang. You helped me feel comfortable and accepted me so generously in your home as if I was family. I proudly always called y'all my second family back when we were all so close and made many fond memories together. Your optimism, acceptance of everyone, and unconditional love truly impacted me more than you will ever know. You were one of the many good people who helped shape the person I am today. You helped me to see how unconditional love and the open acceptance of others, despite their differences, really meant something and how profoundly it could affect your life and others in a positive way because I always witnessed how positive you remained, even in the face of trouble. I am so sorry that I lost touch with you and truly wish I could've found a way to visit you over these last few years. Even though so much time has passed since we last visited, you continually held a very special place in my heart through the years and I truly still love you as much as I did when we first became like family and I saw and felt the beautiful soul you truly were. I will never forget you. You really meant so much to me. I know you have found peace and happiness now that you have left this life and started your journey of a new experience the other side. I love you. Hopefully we will meet again in another lifetime and continue the friendship we shared in this one.

You all are in my prayers. Aunt Marge was always gracious, and I don't remember ever seeing her that she did not have a welcoming smile on her face.
